Payment
Initial gift concierge service fees must be paid with debit or credit card when you submit your request form. Once your order is processed and ready to be delivered, an invoice will be sent via email. Final payments may be made using debit/credit card or check.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery and tax charges are always included in our gift basket and gift shopping services to deliveries in the 968 zip codes. Most gift baskets and items will be delivered within 48 hours.
You are responsible for additional delivery or shipping costs that may incur with your order. Your gift will be shipped within the United States by priority mail via the USPS. Otherwise, please indicate on the request form additional mailing instructions (i.e. overnight shipping, insurance). The Bess Impression cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses given to us.
Multiple orders on a request form
It is acceptable to have multiple orders on one request form. However, the items will need to be delivered to one address to avoid added delivery and service charges. For corporate gift giving and large orders, please contact us for special delivery rates.
Cancellation, Refunds, and Returns
All consulting services are nonrefundable. However, if you choose to have The Bess Impression purchase, wrap, and deliver the item suggested, the service fee will be credited toward your total shopping charges.
You may cancel or change the gift shopping or basket order only when items have not been purchased yet. It is recommended that notification be made within the first 24 hours of the request being made. We will then refund the service fee or gift basket charges within 14 days.
Items purchased through the gift shopping service are delivered with a gift receipt, if available. The gift recipient will be allowed to return or exchange the gift item subject to the store of purchase return policy. Original purchase receipts will stay on file with The Bess Impression. A copy of original receipts verifying purchases is available to our clients.
Privacy Statement
The Bess Impression is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. All account, client, and gift recipient information are contained in private files and will not be sold or released to other parties. On occasion, The Bess Impression will inform clients of new products, upcoming promotions, reminders, and special events.
